He has 29 years of experience in the Real Estate business, and is currently serving as President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS(r). Throughout the years he has served as president of the Northwest Missouri Board of REALTORS(r) and as chair of several committees, both state & local. He has also received many honors and awards, including the MAR Honor Society Award and the President's Award for the Center of Education and Private Enterprise.

Larry really enjoys working with the community of Northwest Missouri, and has volunteered time working with the communities' youth. He is presently involved in Missouri Business Week, which is an opportunity for students to learn how a business is run. He has served as the President of the board of trustees for the local Delta Nu Chapter/TKE fraternity and currently serves as a Center Trustee.

Heather and her husband John moved to Maryville from Nebraska in 2002. They have fallen in love with Maryville, it’s community and people.

Chandra was raised on a ranch in the Sand hills of Nebraska but has spent most of her adult life in Colorado. After her children were raised she was able to pursue her dream of selling real estate and sold mountain properties in Southern Colorado for several years. In 2001 she moved to this wonderful farming community in Northwest Missouri and she feels like she has come back home.

Russell grew up on a farm in northern Missouri. After marrying his wife, Denise, in 1981, they relocated to Maryville. Pursuing a career in AG/Business, he worked for MFA Agri Services for 13 years, owned a tire store for 2 years, and then managed MFA OIL CO. for 11 years. After receiving his Real Estate License in 1995, he sold part time until going full time in 2001. He is currently acting President of the Northwest Board of Realtors for "2005."

Russ & Denise currently reside in Maryville with their two children Crystal and William. In their spare time they enjoy refurbishing homes and Russ is an avid golfer.
